What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All products over $50.00 will have free priority mail service (2-3 days transit time) through USPS. Orders under $50.00 are priced within $2.60 to $6.00 in shipping fees and is adjusted accordingly to the shipment service chosen at the time of checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
All payments are securely processed through PayPal. DroidLife does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
All direct orders from DroidLife under $50.00 are shipped with 2 to 3 days Priority Mail service from USPS. Direct orders under $50.00 are shipped according the shipment service chosen at the time of checkout. Handling time is up to 1 business day.  
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your shopping is secured through our Woocommerce, which is a very popular and safe e-commerce system. We also have third-party check-out that has a more secure online shopping cart that provides real-time updates and extra protection for your customers.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation email with transaction details. Shipping information will be provided within 3 to 6 hours after the transaction has been made (during business hours).  
How do I return the items
Returning your product is simple. Please visit our refund page on the directions on how to proceed. Once the item has been shipped and returned. We normally will refund your money the same day upon inspection of the returned product. If that does not occur, you can call us directly during business hours. 
Can I do an exchange?
Yes, we offer exchanges if you received a defective product. We offer return shipment as a courtesy to our customers. The defective unit will be sent back to us and once the unit has arrived on our end. We will ship out your new unit the same or next day depending on how quickly the inspection goes.
